Besides H1-B, there are also H1-B1 for Singaporean; E3 for Australian, TN for Canadian or Mexican. People from these countries, if they are interested in working America. They do not necessarily have to go through the same chaos as people from other countries have to go through. These other work visas are somewhat similar to H1-B because they are all work visa, and they are specially for Skilled Workers.
